Sunny first came to the Big Island in 1988 and he has lived on the Island of Hawaii for the majority of his life. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. His full-time career as a Real Estate Agent began in January of 2005 after graduating from UH Hilo, and since then he has closed over 65 escrows and has become one of the top producers on the East Side of the Big Island. 
Sunny credits his successful start to his no pressure approach when working with buyers and towards ensuring that all of his clients' needs are always addressed with the utmost care and diligence. He works very closely with his principal broker, Greg Gadd (actively licensed on the Big Island since 1977 and one of few local CCIM licensees), at a small but very well-established firm that specializes in high-end properties. He knows the Big Island exceptionally well, and he is extremely familiar with properties found along the entire Hamakua Coast and also within the Puna and Hilo districts. Furthermore, it's a fact that you'd be hard pressed to find any other Realtor that knows the sparsely populated and amazingly beautiful North Hilo District as well as he does. 
Sunny is a very active, enthusiastic, and energetic person. After work and on the weekends, it's most likely that he's either surfing, freediving, fishing, or exercising.
